Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Bible Through Music website, membership platform, audio streaming service, and related features and content (collectively, the “Service”). Bible Through Music (“BTM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a service and brand operated by Artistic Collaboration Project LTD (“ACP”). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing subscriber-only content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

  1. The Service

Bible Through Music provides members with online access to a library of musical works based on or inspired by biblical Scripture, presented across genres, moods, and styles. The Service is intended primarily for personal listening and streaming.

The catalog, features, presentation, availability, and functionality may change over time. We may add, remove, replace, reorganize, or update content and features. We do not guarantee that any particular recording, book, chapter, genre, feature, or amount of content will remain available for a specific period.

  1. Membership Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase a membership. Where required by law, a parent or legal guardian must authorize and be responsible for use by a minor.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and activity through your account except to the extent caused by our acts or omissions.

Membership access is intended for the individual subscriber. The subscriber is responsible for the account and is the only person authorized to control playback through the subscriber’s personal devices. Login credentials may not be sold, transferred, or shared for use as a separate membership.

  1. Membership Plans

BTM may offer monthly, annual, or other membership plans. The price, billing interval, features, and material terms of the selected plan will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a paid membership provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and stream content made available through the Service during the active membership period. Membership does not transfer ownership of recordings, compositions, artwork, text, software, or other content.

  1. Recurring Billing and Automatic Renewal

If you purchase an automatically renewing membership, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the price and billing interval disclosed at checkout, including applicable taxes, until you cancel or the membership otherwise ends.

Before purchase, BTM will disclose the recurring nature of the membership, the charge or method for determining it, billing frequency, and cancellation method as required by applicable law.

Monthly memberships renew on the applicable monthly billing date unless canceled. Annual memberships renew on the applicable annual billing date unless canceled. BTM will provide any renewal notice required by applicable law.

  1. Cancellation

You may cancel an automatically renewing membership using the cancellation method made available through the Service or another method disclosed at enrollment.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by law, cancellation does not immediately terminate access already paid for; access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

BTM will not intentionally impose unreasonable obstacles to cancellation.

  1. Refunds

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but ordinarily does not create a refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.

BTM may, in its discretion, issue a full or partial refund or account credit when it considers doing so appropriate, including for accidental renewals, duplicate charges, significant technical failures, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or remedy required by applicable law.

Purchases made through a third-party app store, marketplace, or payment platform may also be subject to that provider’s refund rules and procedures.

  1. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices. BTM does not guarantee that every payment method will remain available.

You agree to provide current and accurate billing information and authorize charges consistent with the membership plan you select. If payment cannot be completed, paid access may be suspended or terminated after any notice or grace period required by law or chosen by BTM.

  1. Streaming Access and Personal Use

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial listening unless BTM gives written permission for another use. Except as expressly permitted by BTM or applicable law, you may not copy, record, download, reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, publicly perform, broadcast, scrape, extract, circumvent access controls for, or otherwise exploit Service content.

You may not share login credentials beyond any account-sharing rules BTM publishes, gain unauthorized access, interfere with Service operation, or use automated means to obtain content or data without authorization.

  1. Scripture and Creative Presentation

Bible Through Music uses biblical Scripture and related source material as the foundation for musical and artistic works. Musical presentation may involve creative choices concerning genre, arrangement, mood, pacing, instrumentation, voice, adaptation, and other artistic elements.

BTM is not intended to replace a Bible, religious instruction, pastoral guidance, or independent study of Scripture. Listeners should consult the underlying biblical text when wording, translation, interpretation, or context is important.

BTM currently uses the American Standard Version (ASV) as a Scripture source. Public-domain material remains public domain, and BTM claims no ownership of the underlying public-domain Scripture text.

  1. Artificial Intelligence and Creative Technology

BTM believes in transparency about its creative process. Artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies may be used as tools in the creation, production, arrangement, performance simulation, editing, or presentation of music and related content. Human creative direction and decision-making are also part of the process.

AI is part of how BTM may create content; it is not the sole identity or purpose of the Service. Additional information about BTM’s creative process may be provided elsewhere on the website.

Nothing in this section is intended to make a representation about copyright ownership or legal protectability of any particular AI-assisted or AI-generated element; those matters depend on the facts and applicable law.

  1. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its website design, branding, logos, original text, artwork, compilations, software, and content in which ACP/BTM holds rights, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the applicable rights holder.

The inclusion of biblical text or other public-domain material does not give BTM ownership over public-domain material. Third-party material remains subject to the rights of its respective owner.

  1. User Communications

If the Service allows feedback, suggestions, messages, or other communications, you represent that you have the right to submit them and that they do not violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

BTM is a streaming service and is not intended to serve as the submission portal for creative works, artwork, lyrics, recordings, or collaboration proposals. Creative submissions and collaboration opportunities, if offered, are handled separately through ACP and may be subject to separate terms.

  1. Availability, Maintenance, and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access. Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, internet or hosting failures, third-party services, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify or discontinue portions of the Service. If a change materially affects a paid membership, BTM will provide any notice or remedy required by applicable law.

  1. Suspension and Termination

BTM may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, rights holders, or ACP/BTM; to address fraud, abuse, unauthorized use, nonpayment, or material violations of these Terms; or when required by law.

Where appropriate and legally required, BTM may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.

  1. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including hosting, payment, analytics, communication, or technology providers. BTM does not control all third-party services and is not responsible for their independent terms, content, availability, or privacy practices. Their use may be governed by separate agreements.

  1. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ACP/BTM DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.

BTM does not guarantee that every listener will have any particular emotional, spiritual, religious, educational, or artistic response to the music.

  1. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ACP/BTM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ACP/BTM FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT THE USER PAID TO BTM FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE SIX MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

  1. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACP/BTM and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Service, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your material violation of these Terms. This provision does not require indemnification to the extent a claim results from ACP/BTM’s own unlawful conduct.

  1. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service may be brought in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Nevada. Nothing in this section limits any consumer right to bring a claim in another forum where applicable law does not permit that right to be waived.

These Terms do not require arbitration and do not include a class-action or jury-trial waiver.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted with an effective date. If a change is material to an existing paid membership, BTM will provide notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law before the change becomes effective as to that member.

  1. Privacy

Use of the Service is also subject to BTM’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes how information associated with accounts, payments, analytics, cookies, communications, and website tools is handled.

Questions about memberships, billing, cancellation, these Terms, or other customer-service matters may be submitted through the contact method provided on the Bible Through Music website.

  1. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms or policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing use of the Service to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not necessarily waive the right to enforce it later.
